First time here the food was excellent great flavor, obviously not everyone is gojng to have the same taste buds, but for us it was great, the customer service was also very good the waitress was explaining to us she is not mexican and is new to the variety of different plates but she tries to learn very nice and outgoing, and friendly. We had Chile Verde omelett and Chile Colorado both good and their country potatoes are flavored, everything is risen in price every where no exception but the prices here are ok not too bad give it a try for yourself and enjoy. Park in the garage right behind is 5 bucks or the street is free.

Service was awful. Server had an attitude. Wait time was ridiculously long given when originally arrived there where only 2 tables being occupied one was already eating and the 2nd was waiting on food to arrive waited easily an hr before the appetizer arrived l. And it wasn't what the actual dish is supposed to be. Queso fundido it's melted chese with chorizo served with tortillas What was given was these sauce with 4 specs of chorizo and tortilla chips Wh8le waiting no chips with ssalsa whete given to ky table like it was gicen to all the other tables as they started arriving . They could do better if staf was actually friendly, takes awa6 from the traditional and home feeling Oaxaca food is supposed to give

So we tried the restaurant for the first time yesterday and the restaurant has a clean appearance but the seats in the booths are in severe need of updating. The tacos I ordered came to the table cool, super economical on the cheese but the fries were hot! The taco shells seemed in house (I ordered Dorados) they didn’t come to the table hot the way one might expect so that’s was disappointing. We wanted to taste their molé so that’s what Steve ordered the enchiladas. The flavor on his dish was very tasty but we noticed how small the portions they serve were he had beans and rice with his meal. The beans were very runny. We had the complimentary chips and salsa one red one green. What we found odd was that after we placed our order the waitress walked outside where two men were sitting at a table talking, men that were sitting there when we entered the restaurant but we thought they may have been customers. If I’m not wrong (I’m not saying I can’t be wrong) but we got the impression they were the cooks because they came inside and disappeared into the kitchen. Our food didn’t take too long but I will offer this: some food establishments serve a well portioned size meal and you can feel their pride and attention to detail like in the garnishes that adorn a meal in your experience. This was not an experience we will repeat. The molé, yes it was good but not enough to return. I had 2 chicken and one beef tacos dorados but they came to me cold. Not a good look if you’re asking for the repeat customer. I did give feedback to the waitress about my cold tacos but she is shy and Ami didn’t want to make a thing of it but hopefully she’ll share the feedback with the kitchen. I don’t like the sensation of inconveniencing a couple of guys on break then having our experience. It just doesn’t translate to an experience we can’t wait to have again, you know? Mexican sitcom playing in Spanish on the monitor. I will give props to our waitress however because she was always doing something, we were only 2 tables she had to wait on on this day but she also watered the plants outside while we ate. So she’s on top of her role👍
