Went here for the first time for breakfast and ordered the waffle combo. Everything was hot and fresh. Friendly service and clean.
Moved to Port St. Lucie about a year and a half ago and tried several breakfast spots - this was one of the places we kept coming back to because the food is good. Unfortunately, the service experience has not matched the quality of the food. While staff are generally attentive, the atmosphere often feels unwelcoming. Despite visiting many times, we’re rarely greeted or acknowledged as returning customers, which gives the impression that regulars - especially younger ones - aren’t valued. There have also been a couple of uncomfortable interactions: one staff member made a comment about my appearance (“you skinny devil”), and the tone at the front desk can feel dismissive rather than friendly. On a positive note, the gentleman who clears tables consistently acknowledges guests and makes people feel seen - he’s a standout and a real asset to the team. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, because a warm, personal welcome would make a significant difference to the overall experience.
We love this place. Part of the reason we love this place is because they have a few outdoor tables. I don’t tolerate cold very well and we usually choose to sit outdoors. If you are going to allow outdoor seating then make sure you have staff to take care of these tables. We’ve been told several times with outdoor seating it could take a little longer. Today nothing was said. We waited outside for 20 min today with no service at all. Unfortunately we won’t be back. Too many times with the same result.
