I needed to take a minute to truly right this review about Rise.N.Grind. The service was fantastic. Joseph is a gem. His crew is responsible and articulate. I had a monster tree in my backyard that was dangerous. Not anymore. He also removed the stump in the front of my house with ease and even seeded the area for me. He comes when he says he will be there. He is the nicest and most pleasant person to work with. Joseph is very compassionate and really wants to make you comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Rise.N.Grind...so don't HESITATE - totally satisfied - thanks so much - Nancy
Joe is a very nice gentlemen and knowledgeable about trees. Their work is very professional, neat and clean. I definitely would recommend this company if someone needs to have tree services.
I don't normally take the time to write reviews because I am typically so underwhelmed I don't bother. However, in this case, I feel compelled because Rise.N.Grind is a rare find when it comes to contractors of any type. Joe is a gentleman, that is obvious when you first meet him, and his entire team, from the office staff to those working the job, were amazingly cheerful, and courteous. The quote was very fair, the work done professionally, and precisely as expected. Joe was one of only a few contractors that gave a written quote, and the only one that listed everything in exacting detail; there were no surprises. Communication was the best I've ever experienced, there was always a call to let me know what was happening, and when (imagine that!) If like me, you prefer surprises only on your birthday, hire Rise.N.Grind, Joe won't let you down.
