We were hopeful for Blackstone's but once we got there we realized it was still Rivals. The food was ok, portions could've been a bit bigger for the price. Wait time was longer than I'd expect with it being fairly slow.
As Blackstones, The food is delicious, I got the chicken Shawarma rice bowl and it was so good! The new owner is doing amazing work to this place. The atmosphere is inviting, and the service is excellent. The owner Zach is always engaged, checking in with guests, making conversation, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. That level of attentiveness really elevates the entire experience. It’s clear this place is run with passion and pride. Go check them out!
The “manager” shouldn’t be the manager. Ordered takeout last weekend to get it and have our entire order be wrong. We called spoke to someone who said they would take our down and clearly that never happened. Then had me drive all the way here just to tell me they’re not going to fix the mistake. 0/10 do not recommend this establishment and as someone who orders from here quite often I will not be back.
