Mary, the head of this apartment complex, is extremely unprofessional and consistently rude. She monitors the cameras and questioned me about who was coming in and out of my apartment, which felt invasive and completely inappropriate. When addressing issues, she does so with attitude and anger instead of maintaining a calm, respectful, and professional tone. Rather than speaking directly to residents to resolve concerns, she chooses to discuss problems with other staff members, creating unnecessary tension and gossip. If there is an issue, it should be addressed directly with residents so a solution can be found, not handled through hostility or intimidation. Overall, her lack of professionalism and respect makes living here uncomfortable. Management should seriously consider replacing her with someone who treats residents with courtesy and communicates in a constructive, respectful manner.
