We purchased a pre-owned Rolex. After 1 month the crown broke. We called and were told that we must have done something wrong, dropped it, or didn't know how to wind a watch. After all the accusing we were told to send the watch back (at our expense) and they would have look at it. They again said that we did something wrong and the cost would be $200 to fix it, but they would be kind enough to split the charge with us. I sent the $100 and then called their watch repair person. He told me that that it was not possible for it to break after 1 month. I asked for my money back and received no reply. On top of all of that she said "If I wanted a new Rolex I should have bought one". Absolutely the worst service I have ever received and especially from a high end retailer.
