I discovered this place a few months ago and we have been back several times since. There is nothing there that I have ordered that wasn't fabulous. I get blown away every time I order something different from what I've already had. Today it was the brisket stuffed baked potato. HUGE. Loaded with butter, sour cream, chives, brisket, cheese, and Pico de gallo. I could only eat about a quarter of it, my son ate another quarter of it and half of it is in the fridge for tomorrow. SO GOOD! Omg.
The brisket has a wonderful flavor and so tender it almost melts in your mouth but the barbecue sauce is so good I used it anyways. The potato salad is the best I have ever had in years and my daughter in law does not like potato salad and she loved it. The pinto beans are tender and the flavor is wonderful. My husband loved the ribs and the sausage was my other favorite. The Banana Pudding is as good as my mom's recipe! We loved the food so much we decided to go with them for our 40th wedding anniversary celebration and prepaid the tip! The owner came out and caught us in the parking lot and said did you know how much you left for the tip? The owners are honest!!! Please try them out so they will stay in Victoria for years since we want to use them for all of our future events.
Food is great. Highly recommended local BBQ joint.
