Amazing food and quick and polite service. There was a 3% charge if you use your card, but it was worth it! The Big Fish Sandwich was HUGE!!! And the fried green tomatoes were really great! Authentic country style!!
Really good food, service and atmosphere. Your typical small town hole in the wall. You will no regret stopping. Anything you order will be well prepared and delicious. Just be aware there will be a wait, the place is busy at meal time bc it's popular with the locals.
Took my family here for lunch the other day. Wow 😳. Super good. The kids grilled cheese sandwichs were huge and definitely cheesy, I had the Ruben sandwich with macaroni salad and the other guest had a burger and a club sandwich, the French fries are very tasty as well as the onion rings. All very good. I'll be back
Love this restaurant. I will take some pics next time I go. I’ve had the Big Fish sandwich with slaw. It’s my fav. I left stuffed! The staff is very helpful and friendly. As an example, I was going to order the slaw and the waitress asked me if I knew it is made with horseradish. I wasn’t aware, but appreciated the info. I’ve also had the hot Italian. Also very filling. It’s one of the few places you and leave full and spend about $16 (depending on what you order of course). Update 10/29/2025 As promised a pic… The big fish with slaw
Never disappoints. The staff is great and food is fantastic… got to try the BIG fish sandwich and the fresh cut fries(my favorite)
I recently visited Robbie's Cafe at 803 Pinewood Dr SW, in Live Oak, FL. A friend recommended this place and was worth the visit. I had that fish sandwich and it was huge and very good. It's a very nice restaurant, the service was very good, and I would return to it.
My son and I were in the area checking out state parks. So I searched for restaurants in the area. The pictures and reviews looked good, so we headed to Robbie’s. They did not disappoint! We both ordered the Big Fish sandwich and got a side of hush puppies. They were delicious! The breading was seasoned perfectly. We also ordered dessert- Key Lime Pie and the Limencello Cake. So glad that we picked this little Cafe to have our early dinner.
This is now our favorite comfort food restaurant. This restaurant is located in an old Plaza. Don't let the appearance of the outside of this Plaza defer you from eating here. If you are looking for some good southern comfort food, this is your place. The fish here is fresh and delicious. The service is excellent every time, and the food always comes out hot and delicious. If you are a sweet tea person, this place has the best in town. We do a mixture of half sweet and half unsweetened. It is perfect. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. If you are looking for a good fish sandwich this is the place to get it.
