Terrible!! Couldn’t even see the doctor! Front staff is nasty and not helpful what’s so ever! They didn’t call my husband to verify his insurance for copay and once he got there it was a surprise. They kept claiming they were affiliated with JFK only which my insurance is from HMH which JFK is apart of lol so it is covered that same! They were going around in circles and trying to have us overpay on our copay. I verified this with my insurance company. They even admitted about getting complaints from other patients with this very same issue. Stay away!
