I very much wanted to like this place. Two Saturdays ago, we brought 14-16 people here for our friends birthday, paid $15 cover a piece, walked up and it was so packed that we could not easily see the band or have any opportunity to get a table. We went back downstairs and asked for a refund, and they wouldn’t oblige. We gave them another chance and bought tickets a few weeks ago for a show tonight - spending $46+ dollars to do so. A few days later, we saw they were offering tickets for $12. We messaged requesting a refund for the difference and they never responded. When we asked the doorman about it tonight, he said he had no idea who was in charge of ticket sales. Very disappointing. Very much wanted to support a local rock venue. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Good service, friendly and nice food selection
Never had a bad experience everytime I come in everyone is so welcoming and the food never disappoints its amazing, Ashlee A was our waitress and her service was amazing she's so attentive and gave great recommendations! We will be back soon
