Extremely disappointed. We ordered a 75-piece family meal and the quality was unacceptable. The wings were dry and stale, the fries tasted old and reheated, and to top it off they served literally frozen vegetables, still cold and icy. If they were out of fresh sides, the least they could’ve done was tell us instead of sending frozen veggies like this. This is not the kind of customer service you expect, especially for a large family order. I honestly don’t understand how this place has good reviews. The food was bad, and the place itself looked dirty and poorly maintained, like cleaning isn’t a priority. —This review reflects our experience with the food we received. I’m sharing my honest experience as a customer. The wings we received were dry, the fries tasted old, and the vegetables were still frozen when served. This feedback isn’t meant to be personal, just a reflection of what we experienced with a large family order. We chose to leave a review rather than call because customers are allowed to share their experiences publicly, just as businesses are allowed to respond. Unfortunately, the tone of this response further confirms that this isn’t a place we’d choose to return to.
The wings were great, chicken strips awesome, fries and the onion rings delicious. Great service and wonderful food. As a wing lover I highly recommend Roco's. My first time to visit and won't be my last. On point.
The food came out nice and hot, and the fries were nice and salty. I got the Buffalo lemon pepper wings which is one of my favorite flavors that I have a hard time finding — these were exceptionally good! We finished off our meal with a delicious bluebell cookies and cream ice cream. The staff was also very kind and pleasant, and tables inside were clean. Highly recommend!
