7 months agoStopped in for some BBQ while in town from Oregon. Glad I did! The brisket and sausage was awesome! Friendly staff and great atmosphere too. I’ll be back next time!

2 years agoOn June 1st 2024, me my wife and 2 kids attended Rollies BBQ for a graduation party, I had the brisket sandwich with potato chips and soda as did my wife. My wife also had the bowl which consisted of brisket, macaroni with bbq sauce and had shared it with my son. This food was provided by Rollies, this food was the only food we had eaten at Rollies and the very next day my son, my wife, and I had signs and symptoms of food poisoning (diarrhea, vomiting, fever, etc...). During the week we had taken our 2 year old son to the the hospital due to dehydration where they diagnosed him with severe dehydration, and tested positive for salmonella and E. Coli, all related to food poisoning that came from the brisket that day. This was our 1st time going as a family and our last time. Highly don't recommend Rollies BBQ to anyone.

2 years agoAll the meats had a good flavor. Sides were lacking. Mac n cheese had a twang and extremely salty , potato salad was store bought , and bbq sauce had a vinegar taste , service was very good friendly . Music was good but very very loud for the size of crowd ..just being real !!

2 years agoI wish they were open more often. Food was fantastic!! Customer service was amazing!! We will definitely go back. The atmosphere is very laid back. We brought our food to go but I would eat there also.

2 years agoStopped there tonight. Had a brisket and sausage sandwich. Fabulous, fantastic. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely eat there again.

8 years agoRollie himself took care of us and this guy is so friendly, treats you better than most your family likely treats you. Best brisket I've ever had! Nice smoky taste. This was my first time trying creamed corn and it shattered all expectations. Go here, they will treat you well and you will leave with a big Texas grin on your face.
