See All ReviewsThe other day, I asked for two vegetarian pizza slices and clearly stated that I do not eat meat. The staff member (a young woman) briefly spoke in Spanish with another employee preparing the food, then placed the slices in a box, put it in a bag, and handed it to me. Since it was late in the evening and I was distracted on my phone, I did not open the box to check. However, I asked again, very clearly, if the slices were vegetarian and contained no meat. She directly confirmed that they were. The next day, when I opened the box at work, both slices had bacon. I had clearly communicated my request multiple times and explicitly asked for confirmation. Being given the wrong order under these circumstances can only be interpreted as being misled simply to complete a last sale before closing. Trust is a fundamental part of any food service experience, and if a customer cannot rely on honest answers about something as basic as ingredients, it raises broader concerns about the integrity of the employees, the service and the quality of the food.
Was not impressed today. When asked about 2 items on the menu was told they don't sell them anymore and haven't for a couple of years. Why have them on the menu than? The pizza was cold and flavorless. The pepperoni roll was a joke for the price. I would go elsewhere
Idk if it was students working today but the 2 girls upfront were very rude with my son when he asked to order a pizza sending him back and forth. I need ti know who to complain to because when I asked for a refund the girl slammed my change on the counter and when I asked how do I complain shd just shugged her shoulders. Not ok
