Definitely a small iowa town restaurant. Our server, was the only one working, so also our cook and cashier, which made the meal seem a little slow. However, that breaded pork tenderloin, well worth the wait. I would place that massive sandwich in top five of tenderloins I've ever had; it was moist, crispy, fresh, hot and juicy all at the same time. While thin, it was left thick enough that you could actually get some of the juices and flavor from the pork, not just humongous breaded cardboard. As someone who has been to many stops along the tenderloin trail, this little place deserves serious contention for best in the state. Great Job!
Drove out here because I'm trying to support mom n pop restaurants. Once again I find that the hours listed on here are not correct. They were closed. Didn't see any posted hours on the door either. Its getting expensive and wasteful trying to support small businesses when they can't at least keep their hours updated.
