Be careful when ordering as the staff are deaf They obviously didn’t hear what I ordered and gave me the wrong order. I drove through the drive-through and made my way to my destination to find that my order was completely wrong. I guess I wouldn’t expect anything different from McDonald’s..
I’ve gone here at least every other week since it’s been open and sucks every time. It always takes forever 20+ minutes and there’s always something wrong with my order. Either something’s missing or they made it wrong. Plain cheeseburger? No cheese. Ordered cookies? No cookies. And every time I get cookies they’re never there. I waited once and it took so long the rest of my food was cold. One time they gave us 8 burgers when we only ordered 4. This is the closest McDonald’s to me and by the time I’m on my way home I could’ve already been home if I went to a further one. They’re definitely not under-staffed so I have no idea why it takes so extremely long.
Gotta show some love to these people the good ones... lol i go here consistantly because of its convenience and more times than not the food is fresh and the service is friendly. Ive also been there when they get slammed busy and can say that they definatly need a better system and more training. The staff normally is about doing the right thing but fall into those sort of millenialisms sometimes. Just went there tonight and got coffee and a meal. Coffee was hot and fresh fries crispy and hot and delicious.
