I was not dining at this restaurant, friends were. They asked, on my behalf, what would be the best sauce to make for a Goat Curry. They didn't just recommend something to make, they made a sauce especially for my friends to bring home for me. The Village Sauce for Goat was delicious. I will definitely be trying this restaurant in person. The customer service my friends received was extraordinary.
The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors. Everything made fresh. Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, and outstanding food. A wonderful dining experience. One of the best Indian restaurants in town!
Had such a delicious dinner. We ordered off the Rooh traditional curry menu and the food was the best Indian food we’ve ever had. The chef/owner was very helpful explaining the dishes, and the girl serving was friendly and laughed at all of our corny jokes. The ‘special beer’ - in house specially brewed beer, was delicious. We will be back!
Had a lovely meal and the service was fantastic. Katelyn and Emily were friendly and helpful. Coming back to see if we required anything else and ask if we were happy with our meals. Really tasty goat curry and lemon pepper beef. Highly recommended
I usually don’t eat Indian because it’s hard to find somewhere half decent but this place was off the charts. The food hit every time, the vibes were great, service was a 11/10. The whole time we couldn’t get over how amazing the overall experience was. This place deserves to be a 5 star rating and has become one of my favourite/best restaurants in the Redlands :)
Rooh by Maharaja truly captures the rooh (soul) of Indian food in Brisbane... we were there for dinner with our family and enjoyed every moment of the experience we had.. from a very personalized service to the choices on the menu, the amazing taste, and the great ambience!! Thanks for the warm hospitality and awesome experience, we will be visiting really soon again 😊
Great food, great service and a freshly renovated restaurant. We’ll definitely be back!
What a wonderful evening we had at Rooh Indian Restaurant by Maharaja! My husband and I have always loved their food, but last night felt extra special with the newly renovated space and refreshed menu. The Nihari Curry with Naan was truly the star of the evening, rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. We ended our meal with Rose Rice Pudding and Panna Cotta, both absolutely delightful. A delicious experience from start to finish — definitely a must-try!. Don't miss out.
