I came the afternoon 1/5 played 10 minutes on one machine. I wanted to change to another but there was a "reserved sign" on the machine. I asked outloud to the two other players if anyone is playing this. One said ive been here for 20 minutes and nobodys there. So i begin to play. 5 minutes later the host asks if i moved the sign. I said yes, nobody was here. They said they reserved it for someone who called in on their way and they're here now. I told them you cant reserve a machine if they're not playing. They werent even on property, like using the bathroom or having a smoke break, they werent even there. Sounds illegal to think you can reserve games for you favorite customers when they are not present. I refused to move and told her Id move when i was done. The customer who tried to reserve the machine angerly went to another game and i played on that machine the entire time they were there out of spite. I will be reporting this to gaming commission!
I was here Friday night and the lady behind the counter OVER SERVED a customer and the lady was so inebriated and let her drive. Me and other guests were all talking about it. Rosie staff you are ALL responsible for who leaves your establishment if they kill someone
My friend and I had $20 freeplay coupons from grocery store reciepts. Every other gambling place honors the coupon after you sign up for the loyalty club. Rosie's did not honor their coupon, so it's a scam. The grocery stores need to take them off the reciepts
