The self wash bay has a sign that clearly says "$2.75 for 4 minutes". My card was charged $10. Nobody on premises to talk to and nobody answers the phone. Totally scammed out of my money for a few minutes of water and soap.
I spent eleven dollars to leave this review. I understand business and i've used this place often. There were no slips and you can't leave a message.
Sad to say I didn't read the reviews of others. I always try and keep my car clean and this is not the place to go. My small SUV came out the same....dirty! Ok so actually it came out worse because like others have said the auto wash does not even dry. Premium package...premium rip off. Its true what they say if you want something right gotta do it yourself. Is negative stars a thing? Smh
