This is such a great place, super friendly and amazing food. If you’re in a hurry but still want to eat well, here’s your stop. Roux is even worth going out of your way to visit. I’m putting it on my road trip list :)

Stopped here for some lunch on our way to Big Bend. A delightful little place designed for grab and go, but plenty of outside seating. Delicious homemade pot pies - I’m sure chock full of butter which made them extra yummy. Chili and Fritos = Frito Pie (my first experience). Salads looked fresh. Cash or easy tap. Service was friendly. Highly recommend!
