I ordered the cajun honey fried chicken w/ corn fritters and greens and for the appetizer alligator bites. Every was delicious and cooked to perfection the gator bites could use less salt but other than that I recommend the food. I did however take a star off because I waited an hour before leaving to pick up(DoorDash time) when I got there they told me 5 more minutes and that turned into 30 minutes…… every unacceptable the wait time
The food is definitely worth the wait! Saturday morning, as soon as they open, is prime time to get quick service while everything is fresh. Shot out to my server as well.
Everything was amazing. My cousin and I chose to dine inside. We had the gator bites, catfish with yams and Mac and cheese with a side of cabbage. I had hookah and a cocktail while waiting for my food. My cousin is pregnant and couldn’t join the festivities. The owner made her a nice mock tail. The customer service from the owner was excellent and the cooks were amazing. I will definitely be back.
