The customer service is usually quite good here. However, during my last visit, a member of their staff was demanding to be tipped at the conclusion of my meal. This is extremely unprofessional and highly uncomfortable, and makes for a very bad atmosphere. Members of the staff should absolutely NOT be requesting tips in any shape or fashion, especially when considering that it is a buffet environment and the minimal involvement from the waiters/waitresses. While the food was tasty and hot, being pressured into leaving a tip is enough to completely ruin the dining experience altogether.
I love buffets and like to stop by to explore them in different area. This is by far the best one I have ever been to! It’s clean, appealing, food is fresh and tastes really good. Options are also great! Staff is very attentive. After visiting 10+ of these buffets I can say that this one is definitely the best one and I’d come back any day. Great value for the price you pay!
Let me start off by saying the food on a Monday 1 hour before they close was great and I was greeted and seated respectfully and as I was grabbing my food I was asked if I’d like anything made fresh which stood out and I was given recommendations which where enjoyed all I can really say is it’s really really good, and the entrance makes you decide your coming back out the gate
