I used to really enjoy Ruby Thai Kitchen at Cherry Valley Mall.The food was good and the staff was friendly,especially Jenny. She was such a sweet person and a big part of why I loved eating there.She always asked about my family,my mom and my sisters,made customers feel welcomed and remembered. But over time,I stopped seeing her,and it seemed like she didn’t work there anymore.After that, everything just went downhill.I gave it a couple more chances,including today,but the food is dry, not fresh,and the staff isn’t friendly.Today was my last visit,i miss the old Ruby Thai.
Was totally impressed and the good was wonderful. A little pricey, but, in this economy, everything is.
The mango chicken is decent, everything else I sampled had a odd taste. People working there seemed like they rather be sleeping
