I love Ruby Tuesday. Drove out of my way to get there. Unfortunately I ended up walking out. This is the worst service I have ever had at just about anywhere. Waitress disappeared before taking my order. Waited and waited. Got up to see if I could find her. I finally asked the hostess when she walked by to get her for me as I was ready to order. Still nothing...waited... Hostess apologized as I walked out the door without being able to order and apologized saying she told her (the waitress). I guess they don't have a manager. Update: I am changing my review. Shortly after posting this review I called Ruby Tuesdays to speak to the manager at the local restaurant to let the manager know of my experience. Turns out the manager was actually my waitress. She apologized profusely and explained that she was shorthanded that night and was having to tend the bar, put together all the to- go orders, as well as wait on tables. She said she ran out into the parking lot to try and catch me but missed me. She promised if I would come back in and give her another chance she would pay for my dinner. She did and was extremely sweet. I left her a good tip and I will be back again.

Our family loves coming to Ruby’s. We come here a lot and are always greeted with a friendly face and great service. There’s a good variety of options, and it’s always fresh and hot. My mom loves the salad bar! The general manager, Bryan, regularly checks in with everyone, which we appreciate.
