Family did takeout order on Saturday 2/28. Best calzone I've ever eaten. Perfect blend of cheeses,amount of ham and sauce was delicious.
Old school pizza joint! Buffalo chicken pizza delicious. Antipasto very flavorful. Take the time to try and enjoy the family atmosphere.
Ordered through door dash, a large pie and side of meatballs. The pizza was delivered but the meatballs were not - not sure if restaurant or dasher forgot the meatballs - either way, this has happened several times on DoorDash. I immediately called Russo’s and to my surprise - not only were no excuses given, blaming the dasher, or saying I have to resolve it through them - they just immediately apologized and had his wife come drop them off soon thereafter. I write this because sadly this type of service doesn’t exist anymore, and should just be standard practice. Mistakes are ok - I don’t need a dissertation about why or how there’s nothing you can do about it - which is what general customer service has become post covid. I really appreciate their help, and prompt resolution for the issue. The food was delicious, and as a first time ordering, we will continue to order from them!
