EDIT:From reading these reviews Im obviously not the only one who has had an issue with her. I’m guessing management doesn’t care about our issues with her 😢 May not be coming back. My family used to love this place but the past couple times Ive ordered and picked up my food the older lady in the front can’t help but be rude and give me some sort of attitude. Why am I funding a place who funds literal bullies to work there . Like i don’t spend $20-25 everytime I come to this establishment just to get treated with no decency whatsoever. Ex. I order earlier last week , they forgot something of mine (a drink) so i walked back in and the older lady questioned me like i was stealing or something when it clearly states on my receipt that I had 2 of those items…I’m a long time customer. I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years . Never had an issue till the past year. Have some human decency before working a front counter in a busy establishment. From the reviews I see it seems i’m not the only one being treated like this by this women.
We’ve been going to Ry’s Bagels for about 3 years now. We’re there every Sunday meeting with friends. The staff, food and the atmosphere are amazing. I would highly recommend Ry’s bagels over any other bagel place in the area.
Ry’s is one of our favorite family-owned businesses! The family and their staff are personable and helpful. I have ordered their trays for staff meetings and social events. Their trays are always done correctly and on time - with warm bagels! The bagels at Ry’s are always so fresh and flavorful! The cream cheeses are delicious and unique every season. Breakfast sandwiches are a great value too. Highly recommend Ry’s for an individual or business order.
