I got the chicken fried steak sandwich with a loaded potato and my sister got the mac and cheese with a loaded potato as well. My sister asked for no bacon and no chives and when the food came out, her potato had no bacon, no chives and no sour cream. ( She wanted sour cream) we didn't say anything, about it though, so i'm sure if we asked she would have brought some) I wanted my potato fully loaded. After I asked where my chives and my bacon were, they told me they had to go get some. ... like from the store. They did not tell me this before I ordered my potato. It was very upsetting. I did ask to change it to another side.But the waitress told me it was the same price for everything, so I kept my half loaded potato, sadly. Now about the potatoes we did actually get. .... trash. It was about two minutes undercooked, and they put SO MUCH CHEESE. me and my sister both scraped a metric ton of cheese off of our potato. It wasn't even good cheese. You could tell they used the cheap cheese because not a single shred of the cheese melted into the potato. It didn't help that the potato wasn't hot, but it was lukewarm, so it still should have melted. And the taste of it was disgusting. My chicken fried steak sandwich had barely toasted bread. And the chicken fried steak itself was also a little underdone. And barely any mayonnaise. I had to take apart the sandwich to even check if there was any. My sister did enjoy the mac and cheese. She said it was really good. But they put more of the cheap cheese on top of the mac and cheese. The atmosphere was great though. We really enjoyed playing the claw machine. Total price was about $23 with waters as a drink.
Driving through looking for a local restaurant, and came across S2S. Wonderful staff and service, they helped with my specific requests for my elderly mothers needs. Food was amazing! Make sure you get the fries!! The locals who were dining were amazing as well. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here often. Try it out, you will not be disappointed. Support local economy 🩷
I recently had the pleasure of dining at S2S Steakhouse, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I ordered the ribeye steak cooked medium rare, along with a large loaded baked potato and a side of green beans—and everything exceeded my expectations. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, juicy and packed with flavor in every bite. You can really tell they know how to handle a quality cut of meat. The loaded baked potato was generous and delicious, and the green beans were a great complement to the meal. On top of the incredible food, the service was a solid 10 out of 10. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. They made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a place with amazing food and top-notch service, S2S Steakhouse is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for sure!
