8 years agoThe service and the food are amazing. Every well presented. I ordered the lamb chops, they were exactly cooked how I asked for it and they were delicious. Smooth yet tasteful and full of flavor. Best lamb I have had. The chorizo mashed potatoes were also perfect, creamy and yummy. I really had a great experience.

8 years agoThe food is boring!. The place has a nice decor and the waiters are great. The food is overpriced and they don't used the best quality ingredients for the price they charge. We like to go to different restaurants and try different types of food, so my review is based on similar restaurants. For example. The short-rib was greasy and didn't have any presentation or different textures and flavors to pair with, only one side. After a few bites you get bored of the same food and flavor, not to mention the $30 price for something you can cook in a slow cooker easily. Example. Fried calamari was good, but again anything else to pair it with, not sauce or dipping to change flavors every few of them. No poultry! On the menu. We find out there was poultry, because we heard another waiter say it to his patrons. ; ( To summarize, you can spend your money somewhere else. Hope management read the review and change something about it.

8 years agoEverything was very good!! I had the fried octopus. My wife had the scallops. Everything was cooked perfectly. Call for reservations because open table said they were booked up, but they were not.

8 years agoThe food and drinks were very good. Highly recommend ordering the chef's creations over the cheese and meat platters. The chef has an amazing combination of tastes and flavors that shouldn't be missed. The meat and cheese platters are good, but the rest of the menu is where he shines.

9 years agoMy daughter brought me here for my birthday in February. Everything about our experience there was awesome. From the atmosphere and table service to the presentation and taste of the food, all 5 stars. The chef even came to our table personally to make sure we were well taken care of. This is a must try restaurant when in Gainesville Florida.

9 years agoThe place is comfortable, the personnel very friendly, but food is way too expensive for what it is. The menu is too much fusion for my taste. One can fusion cuisines and make them work, but it's not the same as throwing items from different cuisines and hope they work. One of our plates was quinoa and frozen veggies with way too much salt and soy sauce. It's probably a fun place at night for a drink, but definitively not worth the price for the food. We asked for a slice of bread for our baby, they brought four or five pieces and charged us $4 for it. There are way better options with organic local food and better menu.

10 years agoThe last 3 times I've been here I say it's the last time due to bad service. We gave them another try again today for lunch and we ended up walking out before we even got water. There was a festival going on but sabore was dead. About 4 other tables. It took us almost 20 minutes for a server to come out of the kitchen then by that time we had already chosen what we wanted. Trying to stay positive. She then tells us we were looking at the wrong menu and we should choose from the brunch menu. That would have been nice to know. I'm not going to pay good money to have less than mediocre service and food. We told her don't worry about it and left.

14 years agoThis is my favorite new place to eat. Impeccably designed interior, extremely friendly servers, bartenders, managers even. You get a feel everyone enjoys working there. I tend to be disappointed when I hear fusion or "Pan" anything, but they really are crafting dishes and pairing flavors in ways I've never seen. The pumpkin ravioli was especially tasty. What most surprises me are the affordability of what are very high end dishes and ingredients. Anything they make I've had with kobe beef is also very good. Would have five stars but for the beer selection. In my experience, Latino restaurants don't do beer well. Some of us gringos need to go in there to encourage a better selection.
