Every..single..bite. Delicious. Gluten free (GF), everything. Felt nourishing not only to my body, but to my soul. They must be putting good intention into the food, or it would not feel this good. I found myself moaning "mm" as I ate the plantain chicken empanada, the smoked (usually don't care for smoked) salmon avocado toast, and the omelet waffle. The only thing I hated was the oatmeal cookie, and only because of the chocolate in it (I hate the taste of chocolate)-- but for chocolate lovers, it would likely hit the spot. "Alec, what is your secret, with your food?" He laughs, then "We make with love, for everybody," in a jovial spirit.
Got a oatmeal cookie and banana cake for my wife.
Love this shop and the hospitality. Super peaceful. Food is fresh and the service is flawless. Most importantly the owners are very nice and caring. Highly recommend.
