Its a random Thursday and I dont feel very well...I had the idea to go get some pho. Upon research I come across Saigon , and I decide to make a trip 8 miles with an upset stomach. Walk in and the place has quite a few people inside, which is a good sign to me. The young man at the counter was a delight and helped me sort through what he though would be good for me in my condition. I got the medium rare pho, spring rolls w/ shrimp, Thai fried rice w/shrimp and beef, and chicken dumplings. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was delicious, fresh and flavorful. The Thai fried rice was fluffy and slightly sweet, spring rolls bursting of basil and shrimp with every bite. That pho though...I ate most of it without anything added but toppings and it was exactly what I needed. I ate all the chicken dumplings alone as well. Saigon, you have gained a new regular. I'll be back this weekend. :)
Best Authentic Pho Around! I swear to Buddha/Jesus, nothing and I mean nothing, will tackle the winter cold like a warm bowl of Pho. The broth that brings the heat with a touch of chili oil with make you fiend for more! Beef or Chicken, it smacks!
Came to eat before closing I’m so sorry guys I was just craving Pho and I’m pregnant, we dined in and the service was great our server was attentive and our food came out in timely manner. It was delicious, I also ordered tofu spring rolls and their portions are really nice too. Overall amazing 10/10
