Definitely worth a visit! Food is really good from the hibachi to the sushi! Service is solid too!
Recently opened in Sakua Sushi, this spot is already making a strong impression. I may have ordered with my eyes instead of my stomach, but every bite was worth it. I tried the Miso Soup, Sweet Heart Roll and the Green River Roll, added the Bang Bang Shrimp, and somehow still made room for the blueberry white chocolate cheesecake at the end. The presentation alone made the experience feel special — every dish was beautifully plated and thoughtfully prepared. But the real star was the sushi itself. Both rolls were phenomenal: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The Miso Soup was a great addition, and the cheesecake was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. The service also deserves recognition. The staff was responsive, attentive, and courteous without ever feeling overbearing, which made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu if I'm in Roanoke for business again.
