See All ReviewsWe got pho and springrolls. Food was ok but because its a Japanese restaurant maybe those options arent as good compared to Vietnamese restaurant. Pho broth was cloudy a bit salty, though portions were generous. Springrolls didn’t taste as fresh, noodles was a bit wet or slimy. Peanut sauce sucks. Maybe will try their Japanese dishes another time, but wouldn’t recommend the pho or springrolls. For what it is, its ok.
Had the house special Pho. I really loved the broth, and the tripe absorbed the flavors very well. Broth has a bit of sweetness to it and the addition of a few spoon falls of the chili paste gave it a nice little bite(would recommend over instead of the Sriracha). Beef slices were cooked great and melted in mouth. Had more then enough to take home for another meal. Was a little chilly inside but it's also 20° out, so not knocking them for it.
My husband raved about the Pho, the fresh rolls were a hit, and the Ramen was quite enjoyable. The service was absolutely top-notch!
