Friendly brothers, kind, and great customer service. Khalid runs the meat department and they make delicious savory pies. I do at least 1 visit every week, what can I say. I like my meat fresh.
what a terrible experience our family had at this place. it was a go to place for us and we always bought our groceries and halal meat from here. I was really astonished to see the rude attitude of the cashier and the owners. this is the third time i have had the same problem, and i will never go to this place again. disrespect and rudeness coming from a person who is running a business is never acceptable. i wish these people good luck but this is against basic morality and ethics.
I have been going here for almost two years. The young person on the counter is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. I have been ordering meat over the phone but they abruptly ended my call in a very rude manner saying we don’t accept orders over the phone. I loved going to this place but I will never be going again. The owners and the representatives of this place need to learn some manners on how to talk to customers.
