2 weeks agoI tried multiple times to reserve crabs to pickup and the employees have ignored me. Reserved 20 crabs to pickup on sunday, I show up to Sal's and they do not have my crabs ready to go. Big disappointment. Maybe next time

a month agoFirst of all, I had to wait 45 minutes for my food when, I was told that it would take 20. When I finally got my food, it was over cooked, rubbery with barely no juice. Sal's used to be my SPOT when it was on Fairmont. This new location is THE WORST!!! Homeless people are posted up asking for money, you can hardly fit 5 people in the area you order in and it's TOTALLY chaotic!!!

4 months agoI ordered the seafood platter and was sick for 4 days. The drowned the seafood in the seasoning to keep you from knowing the food wasn’t no good. I should have went to the hospital and sued them.

5 months agoI gave them an extra star because they take EBT lol. I ordered delivery on a weekday at 5:19. They didn't have fruit salad or bean pies. They only had two salad dressings to choose from. They didn't include celery which were supposed to come with my Cajun chicken wings. Finally, my delivery took twice the time. The garden salad was a boiled egg, wilted shredded lettuce with three half tomato white onion slices, it was disappointing. The wings weren't bad. I will order again but only because they're the only delivering restaurant I know of that takes EBT.

7 months agoAyo I paid over $50 for a player with 2 lobster tails and shrimp and he sent me these most small lobster tails and gave me all these vegetables I do not recommend this restaurant whatsoever when. I call the boss he was so rude and was disrespectful and I ask for my money back . He came so disrespectful I'm reporting them ( DON'T buy y'all it's all a scam )

a year agoMy chicken looks old and my fries look old too, I called the store back and the man that answered the phone was rude as hell and disrespectful and I told him I was bringing the food back up there after he started getting nasty with me! I just want me refund so I can go on about my business. Never again will I order from here. They also charged me with the same food I cancelled, bad service, bad food. Should've checked reviews first! I didn't even want to give it one star! I wanted to give it a half of one!

a year agoThe meal was prepared exceptionally well and I have quite the taste I do order pretty often but the fish def a slap to the taste buds I will be trying again.

2 years agoIf you love Clams and Shrimp!!! Wow! This place is amazing! The first service is fantastic along with its atmosphere. Classy and simple. The food was amazing! I didn’t want to stop eating. I would go back in a heart beat.
