Nice
If you’re looking for authentic Korean flavors that hit the spot every single time, Salt + Soju is the place to go. Their Galbi is unbelievably tender and full of flavor—hands down some of the best I’ve had in the U.S. And the Hot Stone Bowl Bibimbap? Absolutely perfect. Crispy rice at the bottom, fresh veggies, rich flavors… pure happiness in a bowl. But the true superstar for me is the Seafood Pancake (Haemul Pajeon). It’s crispy on the outside, packed with fresh seafood inside, and honestly the best version I’ve tasted anywhere. A MUST order. The restaurant is spotless, the atmosphere is cozy, and the owner Sarah is incredibly warm and kind—she treats every guest like family. Even the restroom is clean, which says a lot about how well this place is run. Location-wise, it couldn’t be easier: hop off the highway and you’re there in under two minutes. Plus, the huge parking lot makes everything stress-free. From now on, whenever I crave Korean food, I’m not even thinking twice— Salt + Soju is my go-to Korean restaurant. Absolutely love this place!
You can experience some of the most authentic Korean food near Troy. The spacious dining area and the incredibly friendly servers made it a delightful meal. Highly recommended.
Amazing place, great food, staff was very friendly and kind.
Soft opening so no alcohol license yet. We had the Bibimbap and the Kim chi stew. Both were amazing.
I’d like to recommend the seafood kalguksu and the pork bulgogi at this restaurant. The kalguksu is spicy, delicious, and served in generous portions. The pork bulgogi is perfectly cooked—not over-grilled, but just right, which makes it really tasty. The restaurant is clean, and the owner, Sarah, always remembers me and welcomes me warmly. I’ve been a regular customer since her previous place, Sami Restaurant.
Delicious! Beef bulgolgi and dumplings were so good. Great portion sizes. Quick service. The staff is so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!!
The Bibimbop was fantastic, the pork dumplings were nice crispy and flavorful. It was the soft opening menu so I’m excited for the full menu
