a week agoWent in with zero expectations but from the moment we walked through the door and was cocooned in the heady cooking smells, and when we were seated near the pass and could feel the energy from the kitchen, I knew this was going to be special. The first mouthful of tomato sambol and burrata was genius, the fried mushrooms and buttery paratha was heavenly, the main of smoked goat curry was heady with flavour and I don’t think I’ve ever eaten goat so soft. Fabulous puddings, incredible passion fruit iced tea, and shout out to the staff who were absolutely wonderful. Keep up the good work, because this is my new Bristol favourite.

2 months agoAmazing place! Hidden behind an unassuming frontage lies a real gem. It's not often every dish scores 10/10 but from the spiced cashew nut nibbles, through the spicy fresh prawns, green beans in a yogurt sauce, smoked goat curry, all the way to the cheesecake with jaggery, they do. Service was lovely, friendly and informed. Even the drinks were different and refreshing. I recommend the blue tea! Thanks all.

3 months agoUgh tens across the board! Staff were all so lovely and kind - attentive but not overbearing, you could tell they genuinely cared about your experience! Food was delicious!! No complaints at all, will be returning 🙂↕️🤩

3 months agoCame here on my own after being recommended from next door. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and cosy and the food was fresh and bursting with flavours I’ve never tasted in my life! Would highly recommend.

4 months agoSuper tasty food, some of which I’d never tried before in my life (the beetroot curry was world changing !) + we had pina colada’s and they suuuperb While the vibe is nice, and the staff are friendly, do have to mention that the service was quite slow. However we did go on a Saturday and appreciate that the restaurant is new, so still ironing things out :) Lovely to have a place like this on east street, it’s a fun dining addition to the area, and I’ll be coming back !

4 months agoI went with some friends and the food was amazing. We went with first table and so got 50% off the food but we all agreed it would be well worth full price. The cocktails were delicious and the food was fab. Would highly recommend.
