There is the contact information for item’s condition report on every item's listing. The item’s description that I was interested in was quite misleading, and when I tried to get more information about the item, I didn’t get the proper response back. Moreover, my several inquiries were just simply ignored, and it's quite frustrating I don’t understand where those good reviews are coming from… Stay away from Sapphire Auction Gallery.
