Sardar Ji Da Dhaba is an absolute gem and easily one of the best Punjabi food stops we have found in Pennsylvania. It is a food truck located at an Exxon truck stop in Milton, with very convenient easy-off/easy-on access from I-80, making it a perfect stop for travelers. The food is fresh, flavorful, and genuinely authentic Punjabi. We tried the aloo paratha, fried fish, chicken biryani, paneer bhurji, phulka rotis, masala chai, and sweet lassi, and everything tasted homemade in the best possible way. The flavors were bold, comforting, and full of that true dhaba-style charm that is hard to find. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. There are picnic tables where you can sit and enjoy your meal. Honestly, the food here was far superior to many high-end Indian restaurants we have tried in New Jersey. This is proof that great food does not need white tablecloths or fancy decor. Sometimes, the best meal comes from a humble food truck at a truck stop. Highly recommended.

The food offers typical Indian desi-style flavors; while the chicken burger was a basic, no-frills street food option, the mango lassi was notably creamy and delicious. The chaat was decent, though I would recommend asking for extra chutney next time to enhance the flavor. It is a great pit stop if you are looking for halal dining options on your road trip.
Amazing food and excellent taste! Everything we tried was delicious, but the Aloo Paratha and Chicken Curry were absolutely outstanding. The paratha was perfectly cooked and flavorful, while the chicken curry was rich, authentic, and full of amazing spices. The quality, taste, and overall experience were fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious and satisfying food.
