I’ve been going with family for a couple years. They do have a high turnover rate for servers however they do have some that have been there and know the menu very well. If it’s not busy it’s open seating. You may also sit at the sushi bar top. My recommendations would be the Ron burgundy, or spicy tuna salad. This is an owner operated business so definitely give them grace. Food orders do take time so order quick appetizers like edamame or miso soup. They are a work in progress to keep up with the times of everyone wanting everything now now now. They do work on Togo orders which I believe may slow them down but they do accommodate with more sushi chefs behind the counter to pick up the rush. I would say give it a try. They don’t rush you to leave, very family oriented. They do have one occupant bathroom for men and women.
We went to dinner on Saturday and it wasn’t to busy when we got there. The lady was nice but after we order . More people come after us . And the other waitresses took they orders from the order people The other customers were already eating .And our food never comes out we were waiting 40 min for our food and nothing. So we decide to leave because it takes too long for our food. And there’s two guys cooking preparing the Food.but One of the guys he was talking to much with the people in the bar and watching the game instead making the food. 40 minutes waiting I don’t think that’s fair . Honestly never go again customer service is awful
Don’t go here if you’re trying to go get your food right and on time and you want it to be professional. This place is a joke. Not only did I wait for an hour when they told me to wait 30 minutes for my food, the cooks preparing my food are just messing around not paying attention to what they are doing. They don’t take anything serious. On top of that, when I finally got “my food” the hostess gave me somebody else’s food and she didn’t even notice. I went back and she clearly didn’t notice me standing in line until I said hey you keep calling my phone. I brought back the food. It’s until then that she noticed me. All while a couple in front of me was waiting to be seated and she’s on the phone trying to fix their mistake. First and last time. Never going back
