4 months agoCame to Wisconsin in search of cheese and found this absolute treasure. Our two iced lattes were outstanding, very smooth and creamy, no bitter aftertaste, and no extra sugar was needed to enjoy them! This place has to be home to the best cinnamon roll, an absolute must try. Our experience was made wonderful by one of the owners, he gave us unique history of the town, a great cheese shop recommendation, and even told us how the place got its name. We are so fortunate to have found this location, we cannot wait to come back and bring our friends too! This place is so full of love and beauty, it can be seen in every detail. Please spend your money here with this phenomenal business :)

6 months agoI absolutely loved this coffee shop! we were staying here from out of town and we visited twice, both times the coffee was exceptional and the atmosphere was amazing! We met the owner and he told us the story of how this coffee shop came to be, such an amazing story! I highly recommend stoping here if you’re in the area!

Edited 2 months agoThe acia bowl was delicious. Coffee was hot and great tasting. I wish they still made the cranberry scones, they were the best!

a year agoSecond Chance has been my venue of choice for monthly get-togethers with friends for over a year now, and I never leave disappointed. Most recently, my husband and I decided to have an impromptu breakfast date that involved the BEST breakfast pizza, cinnamon rolls, and Lotus beverages! They were willing to help me recreate some Lotus drinks from a different coffee shop in my hometown that is 4 hours away, and they nailed it! No matter what, I know I will leave a happy customer! Between the food, atmosphere, and the owners/staff, the whole thing keeps me coming back time and time again.

Edited a year agoWhat a great spot on the Main Street in Shullsburg. The coffee is delicious and the new chicken croissant sandwich was perfect. Looking forward to returning for live music. Update in November. Back again for great coffee and the BLT panini is exceptional. Local and fresh! Thank you as we need more good food in the area.

2 years agoDo you want to have the best cinnamon rolls of your life? If you do, then stopping here is a must! We stopped in on a cold Wisconsin winter morning, and the hot coffee (I had a latte and my son the hot chocolate) hit the spot just right. The service is amazing and extremely friendly. They want to make sure you have the absolute best experience possible. If you're in Shullsburg, you have to stop at Second Chance!

4 years agoGreat coffee and baked goods. A group of friendly staff taking orders in this bright and cheerful place. We asked about the live music and decided to return in the evening for an outdoor concert by a great local musician. The owner was excited to offer music to the patrons and made it feel like a really friendly gathering place in this sweet little town. We loved it and would come back in a heartbeat to be a part of this nice community. Great place!

5 years agoGreat, friendly service. The breakfast pizza and cinnamon rolls are amazing. One of the few places I have found that can make an actual London Fog. I will be returning and I highly recommend trying this place, at least once.
