We picked up a few sweets, including baklava-style pastries and a semolina-based dessert similar to basbousa, and everything tasted fresh, rich, and well-made. The balance of sweetness was just right, and the pistachio topping added a nice texture and flavor. The packaging was clean and convenient, which made it easy to enjoy on the go. One thing to keep in mind is that the desserts are quite rich, so smaller portions are usually enough, and prices can feel a bit high if you buy many items at once. Still, the quality makes it worth it. This is a middle eastern dessert shop with all the pistachio, Dubai chocolate, and fantastic service. You start with a sample of Dubai chocolate as you walk in the door. I ordered a variety of desserts because I was having a sweet tooth that day. Does anyone else get home and just take like one bite of everything and leave the rest? Taste testing queen! It’ll get eaten don’t worry. All these desserts reminded me of my time in Turkey.
