Very disappointing experience. There were a lot of people waiting in line and the wait time was extremely long. The lady taking orders had a very rude attitude and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I even asked if I could get a refund, but was told no because they had already started the order. The food was also disappointing. The tostadas barely had any salsa, and I even saw another customer having to pay extra just to get a little more. On top of that, some items I ordered were not written down correctly, so parts of my order were missing. Definitely not worth the time or money. I would rather go to Ana Bananas instead!!!!
Spent over $40 on snacks that were pretty mid. Ordered tostadas with a lot of salsa and got almost nothing, when I went back to ask for more they charged me $2 (paid with card) . The raspas had almost no flavor , the mangonadas tasted watered down and the agua mineral preparada was basically a slushee. Not the best place to get snacks at , for the price I would suggest going anywhere else.
went today for a fresada to try for the first time and was given a fresada with chamoy and tajin. i let them know that wasn’t i wanted and that i wanted what was in the picture. i was told that it was my fault that i shouldve specified which i wanted because a fresada usually comes with chamoy. how am I supposed to know what it come with? its YOUR menu, if 2 products have the same name at your establishment why arent YOU asking which one is preferred? & if you’re not going to ask that question then hey maybe change the name so there’s no more confusion? anyways, i wont be going back. i liked supporting this place but theres always an issue. place is a 15 minute drive from me, needless to say i wont be making that mistake anymore.
