the receptionist who books appointments sent me to test endoscopy despite of me telling her that i was just out of emergency room. the nurses at the endoscopy test were shocked that someone could send me for test in that condition. they sent me back home.after coming out of emergency room i had to wake up next morning and spend 3 hours for this test for nothing. this recptionist literally forced me rudely to go there. i let that slide. and today she called me to charge $50 for appointment that was not confirmed. she said rudely that it was in your voicemail. and then tried to force me to office in 30 minutes. exteremly rude lady. despite of being good doctor he will loose patients because of this rude lady.
I am very disappointed because he did blood work and didn’t tell me what the blood work was for which I don’t understand. Every doctor is supposed to tell you what you’re taking the blood for very disappointed.
The head receptionist with red hair was amazing. She called my doctor and got the needed forms in like 5 min. My appointment was easy and she explained the procedure and steps needed very carefully and clearly. Great place and people.
