Sharp Curbside Bistro has amazing food. My favorite is the Cuban or the Pecan Chicken salad! Everything is actually very good. Tracey goes all out to please her customers and went above and beyond, for her customers, after Hurricane Michael. She’s by far, the locals best kept secret!
Always looking for new places and came across this one. I had the Kickin Chicken which was pretty amazing. Definitely something I would order again. The Summer Salad lacked a lot of flavor and what can you say about steamed Brocoli. My spouse had the Cuban. No pickle on the sandwich and the bread was a tad tough. Overall affordable. The atmosphere and decor was great. I recommend you give it a try.
First visit today - long time stalker. Ordered the Cuban. SUPER good. The pork was done fantastically. Pickles were served on the side - though I would have preferred them pressed into the sandwich, but they were SOO accommodating that I'll just ask for that up front next time and know my request will be met with smiles and an 'absolutely!'. Delish. Also LOVE how they have low carb options. Will be returning very soon!
My husband brought home a small portion of their Take n Bake Shepard’s Pie for dinner one night. I was super excited because I LOVE Shepard’s pie and make it all the time. However, I was pretty disappointed. There was so much mashed potatoes that there was hardly any meat/veggie filling. Kind of felt like we basically paid $9 for mashed potatoes. There wasn’t a whole lot of flavor and the filling didn’t seem to have any traditional gravy to it. The meat was bland and had a very soft, mushy texture. I may try grabbing a bite at this place one more time as I may have just gotten an off batch.
So healthy and fresh! You can't get healthy food on in Panama City at many places but this was fresh everything was fresh not from cans. I got kicking chicken brussel sprouts and summer salad. Everything was great the kicking chicken had zoodles cabbage onion tomatoes and buffalo sauce with pepper jack cheese of you like spicy food you will love this. I had mango green tea to drink it was so good. Shes things for everyone on the menu if you don't want healthy she has it as well. She also has a book showing calories and carb content as well as all nutritional value that she will show you if you want her to. The owner was so nice!! Also she has foods that you can take and bake at home.
Great Food and atmosphere. The owner was very personable and offered suggestions for both our in-house meal and the wonderful chicken enchilada's we purchased to make at home. Will definitely be my place to go for healthy eats! Highly recommend this place.
Very nice decor and wait staff. The restaurant was small and very clean to what I could see. There's the two stars. The rest was not worth the price paid. 5 hours later, I glance at my receipt and noticed I paid $36 for 2 lunch specials w/ waters. The receipt also had a couple odd charges labeled regular $1.99x2. Not sure what that's about but it's not worth it to me to go back and ask. I simply won't eat there again. Most of the food was luke warm, leading me to believe it was made long before I ordered it, and the vegetable medley was downright cold to the touch. The menu was also rather misleading as when you describe zucchini as "hollowed out and then filled with taco meat" you wouldn't expect it to come out shaved thin and wrapped around either chicken or pork.....I wasn't exactly sure as it was chopped extremely fine and devoid of flavor. Honestly, I wouldn't even be writing this review if it hadn't been for the deceptivness on the check. Had I noticed it when paying I would have brought it to their attention, but either way I stopped in to give the place a shot and I won't be returning. One meal is certainly better than seeing a place you love go downhill overtime until you have to give up on them. It's a shame too because you can't find to many places in Panama City that describe themselves as healthy. Oh well
A Diamond in the ruff find on our trip down to PCB. Looking for a Healthier meal non-chain restaurant we stumbled upon this one and everything about it was to love. Rather quaint and inviting as a cozy restaurant can be, the owner was energetic and welcoming. Everything on the menu was appealing. We both had the lunch special which was Baked Spaghetti with two sides. The meat sauce was impressive as it contained both beef and Italian sausage, which is plus in my in my Sicilian mind and the noodles were not too soggy and dish not too saucy. The squash casserole my husband had was to his liking. The Sweet Potato Casserole was good; it was sweetened just enough and may have contained nuts. Not sure as the crunch could have either been sugary contents or crunchy nuts. The Cucumber salad was just right with cherry tomatoes and generous cucumbers doused in vinaigrette. As a health conscious consumer the one drawback I encountered was using a Styrofoam cup for my drink. Trace amounts of styrene as well as various chemical additives in polystyrene migrate into food. I personally prefer not to drink from plastic containers or food storage but know it is unavoidable when dining out. The absolutely wonderful thing, as I suffer from chemical sensitivities, is that the place did not have any toxic air fresheners which according to multiple sources, air freshener contains four basic ingredients: formaldehyde, petroleum distillates, aerosol propellants, and p-dichlorobenzene, plus a host of other toxic ingredients. These as well as all fragrance products should never be used in a food establishment, not even the bathrooms as most of these chemicals are airway restrictive chemicals that can harm those with lung diseases and cause asthmatics to have an attack. Fragrance chemicals can leach into even the hardest of plastics, and also into food containers and storage. This exciting little gem will be our go to restaurant when we visit PCB. Next on the menu to try is the Sexy Senorita.
