My husband ordered a limited lunch meal and was surprised to find that the sambar was served in an extremely small cup, barely enough for even half the rice provided. When he politely requested some extra sambar so that he could finish the remaining rice, the staff refused. Even after speaking to the manager, he was told that no additional curry would be provided. Serving a full plate of rice without sufficient gravy and then denying a simple request for a little extra sambar reflects poor hospitality and an unwillingness to accommodate customers. It's disappointing when basic customer service is treated as an inconvenience. A meal should leave customers satisfied, not wondering how to finish their food.
The restaurant has a really nice ambience and a pleasant atmosphere to dine in. The food was genuinely good, with all the dishes being well-prepared and flavorful. The service was decent and reasonable, with the staff being polite and attentive enough to ensure we had a smooth meal. Overall, it is a solid place for a good dining experience and worth a visit.
