The biriani was subpar. We went to the place and we were shocked to see that it was a literal house. I did not feel comfortable going in. The next day, i ordered 2 different biriani from one of the food delivery apps and both the birianis tasted the same. It reminded of street food in NY tbh. They would make 1 pot of rice and add either chicken or lamb separately to it and sadly this place is using the same technique but double the price.
Seeing some hype about this place from my insta followers made me really want to try this place out, but unfortunately I was disappointed. I ordered a shrimp biryani through door dash and I got a bucket of rice with 6 pieces of shrimp. So I can relate to all the other reviewers complaining of the same thing. The flavor of the biryani was not that great. I probably should have played it safe and got chicken biryani. UPDATE: gave this place another go and tried the korma biryani and chicken bhuna.Aside from the shrimp biryani these 2 things were tasty 😋
Amazing shrimp biryani. Ordered one and it was too good so we had to come get another three orders. The owner was really nice to talk to and I wish him best of luck.
