See All ReviewsVery nice variety of dry foods, produce, cold and frozen items. The owners are friendly and the cooked food is always fantastic! Great little hidden gem for the community.
If there was a possibility to give a zero star I would! Like most reviews say, the beginning of their service was great and food was nice. Now not only has their food quality declined but they are absolutely careless. They post their menu in the WhatsApp group which is great but I placed an order shortly after they did. They never update their menus on DoorDash or uber and we have to call in every time to place an order for delivery so that they can update the apps. The Biriyanis are watered down or too bland. The curries are either wayyy too spicy for a normal person to handle or not cooked properly. I recently placed an order for a curry and roti as they posted their so called “special menu” shortly after they posted. Without any information or call or any confirmation they replaced our curry with something else and sent it off with the uber driver. By the time we were notified in the app it was too late. When we called to ask why they did that without any prior confirmation, they lied and said they tried reaching us. This is not the first time they lied. They always either say they tried to reach us or leave a note on the delivered item. THEY NEVER CALL TO REPLACE. they are careless and just replace with whatever they wish and just call it a day. I understand if there is a huge influx of orders . But basic decency is to inform prior to replacing or just saying that’s all we have. Don’t lie and make excuses for your poor behavior. Please avoid all fried items (punugulu sometimes comes out good but other items are just terrible. Especially if you are ordering delivery dosas and tiffins that are roasted or fried are not even cooked properly or over fried in heapings of oil with no flavor). Please be very cautious and never order delivery with them as they don’t bother about the customer or the preference.
I’ve been a regular customer from day one and a big fan of their biryanis—especially the mutton ghee roast, which used to be outstanding. I also used to buy lamb every Friday, and the quality was consistently excellent. Unfortunately, in recent times the quality has dropped significantly and it’s no longer the same as before. At this point, it doesn’t feel worth buying from here anymore.
