See All ReviewsTime for some spice! Tofu skin with Sichuan was a nice balance of mouth numbing Sichuan and cooling tofu. The spicy dumplings were actually just too hot for me. I like spice and heat, but this one beat me, I couldn't eat it all. I couldn't really taste the dumplings through the spice, so not sure how juicy or flavoursome they were. But if you like it hot, this may be for you. Reasonable prices for the dishes Service reminds me of travelling in China where restaurants are an extension of home, with that relaxing atmosphere of the dining space is a place to relax for both customers and staff. Also the dining room is an extension of storage for the business.
Food was absolutely delicious. Every meal we had was tasty and balanced. We thoroughly enjoyed eating here and will be back. I gave four stars as there is room for improvement with the service, it could be a bit more proactive. In saying that, any request made was acted on extremely quickly and with no issues. Definitely recommend this place. Pictured are the spicy wontons, sweet and sour chicken (best I've ever had), and spicy lamb ribs.
The place looked basic with table and chairs and the prices are decent. We wanted to try sichuan flavours since my and I like spicy. However, the only killer was too much oil in every dish and when we gave feedback the server mentioned the dishes are originally that oily. To us it was a tad too much , fried rice was acceptable but the noodle soup was worst. It did not have much ingredients apart from plenty of broth! I am not sure If i will go there again.
