I had RIGHTEOUS food poisoning and hadn't eaten anything in seven days. Tonight, I ordered pho broth to replenish my depleted system. One bag of that magical elixir and I am ready to scale The Empire State Building. THANK YOU.
This is my favorite place to get Pho. They're quick, the food is delicious and the staff is always friendly. The price is affordable. This shop is always my first pick when I want comfort food. The broth is always perfect and the noodles are never soggy. I always recommend.
I would like to say I was served wonderful food here as always… but unfortunately the tall male host with the man bun turned us away and would “only take a to go order” even though there was over 30 mins before they closed for a meal break at 3pm. My spouse and I came in at 2:25pm today, Sunday to quickly come in and eat before leaving town for the day. We are regulars and are recognized by their usual staff every time we come in. We knew exactly what we wanted, could’ve placed our order while being sat at our table, and would’ve been done in plenty of time for them to close for their meal break. We have come in closer to their closing, and the regular staff have been willing and able to seat and serve us, and never made us feel like a burden. It felt very embarrassing and disrespectful to be turned away and only willing to take a to go order from us, as there were other families watching the exchange. He made the impression that us and our business was a burden, saying “well by the time I get a table cleaned and you sit down and look over the menu”. The worst part of it all, is that after I left the restaurant, I sat in my car and watched the host sit other families down that walked in after us. This is unacceptable, and there was no reason behind it!! It felt deeply discriminatory and hurtful. This employee has served us in the past and they do not fit the role and atmosphere you want to maintain in your restaurant. Not welcoming or friendly whatsoever. This interaction with your host left a horrible impression, and I will be avoiding coming to this restaurant if he is going to be working. This is our favorite Pho location around. We always tip well and spend good money at this restaurant. Very disappointed. Please find a new host, this person is causing you to lose business. This interaction was very unwelcoming which is unlike Simply Pho and their typical customer service and experience overall.
Picked an order to go the lady server was rude and didn’t want to give us “extra” condiments for our Pho she just kept saying it’s in bag, as I kept asking she just ignore. The younger server was kind and gave me what I was asking for. This isn’t the first time with the lady being rude. The food is good and the other servers are way nicer.
I’ve come here so many times and I love the consistency of the food. Great quality, good service, and the BROTH 😋🤤🤌🏻 need I say more? No, but I will. Cuz this place is 🔥 If you haven’t tried the Wings they are AMAZING. Crispy and perfectly cooked. I love the aromatics they top it with too. I’ve tried the Hong Kong noodle dish (crunchy noodles and sauce on top) and the Vermicelli noodle bowl and both are wonderful. My husband likes the classic Fried rice and crab puffs. This is also my toddlers favorite restaurant to go to. Her favorite food is Pho with beef balls. I like this place so much I asked for a gift card for Christmas haha! Hope you give it a try and like it as much as I do. You can tell they put their heart into their dishes.
Our first time there. Excellent food- each item is top notch. We loved spicy fried rice , spicy shrimp, wonton soup💕 The servers are great too- very kind and understanding! 100% going back again!
Very friendly staff, huge portions, always fast service, and really delicious food. One of my favorite places in the city. I highly recommend it to everyone! One time my son and I arrived very hungry just 5 minutes before their break in the middle of the day, not realizing they were about to close for a few hours (we simply didn’t check the schedule on Google Maps). The staff welcomed us warmly, served us delicious food, and only afterward mentioned that they had actually been closed. It was incredibly kind and meant a lot to us!
I LOVED this sweet gem of a place. The food was amazing! I had the vermicelli noodle dish and my husband had the egg rolls and teriyaki chicken. Both were so delicious that I wish we lived closer then 90 minutes. If you're in Salem you have to stop for a bite. The service was sweet and heartfelt. She was so nice in answering our questions. But the cooks in the kitchen... listening to them talk amongst the 3 of them, that made my meal. I couldn't understand a word, but I was enjoying listening to them. Such a pleasure to eat here.
