I'm not sure why this place has such low ratings. They have the same food as the sizler restaurant, and the food is pretty good. Their karhai chicken is authentic and has flavor. The kheer is so good, and so are other dishes. The prices are better than the other location. The service is decent. It's a good place to get good indian food.
During our recent family visit, we had an unpleasant experience with a staff member from Mumbai, India. Their behavior was rude and dismissive, and it appeared to be directed toward the Pakistani and Bangladeshi community. When I asked why they would work here if they felt that way, the response was, “I only care about the money.” I believe the owner should take appropriate action, as this type of behavior is harmful to both the business and the community.
I would have given 0 stars if there was an option. The guy in front dont know how to talk. He straight up asked what caste do you belong from and started talking trash about the caste. Like look at the audacity of this guy, worst interaction Ive had in years of visiting restaurants. No hygiene. No one is using gloves to handle food. I dont know why did i even stop here.
