What a great BBQ hang out! Very good smoked meats and grill. My family was thrilled about the Texas Twinkies!!! Not listed on the menu but ask and try. We hung out and played darts, pool is available too. Bartender was helpful and friendly. He happily whipped me up a not too sweet Hurricane drink. Yum! We had fun and enjoyed the food. It was a great stop in before hitting the movies next door.
The brisket was very dry and I couldn’t even tell you what they gave me as bbq sauce. Half way through lunch, they decided to turn the volume on the tv all the way up and of course I was sat underneath it, effectively ending the conversation I was having. The staff is less than friendly. I’ve been twice and both times was not a great experience food or otherwise.
I have tried several barbecue places and SKEETS, by far has better prices and excellent barbecue. I have been going to Skeets for at least 4 years now.. Love it and the bar in the next room over has a pretty wood Bartop and pool tables.
